It also includes an engagement session so by the time your wedding day comes around you already know how I work and being in front of the camera feels natural. Maybe video is not your thing, or maybe the interview style film just is not what you are looking for and that is completely okay. You will get a fully curated gallery that tells the whole story from start to finish.

I pull aside your closest friends and family throughout the day and ask them a few simple questions. Their answers, your vows, the words from your officiant, all of it becomes the heartbeat of your film. It includes a second videographer so nothing gets missed and you will have two sets of eyes on every part of your day.

You only hear directions from me, so the day stays calm and you never feel pulled in different directions. It also includes an engagement session and a story session where we go somewhere that actually means something to you, your first date spot, a coffee shop you love, a park you walk your dogs in. I will shoot some b roll and ask you a few questions so that by the time your wedding film comes together it is not just about the day itself. It is about who you are as a couple. At the end of it you get a fully curated photo gallery and an interview style film built around the people who showed up for you. Their words, your vows, the stuff you will want to hear again in twenty years.

Why Charleston is one of my favorite places to photograph Weddings
Charleston is where this whole journey began. I moved here after college chasing a dream of coaching football. When that shifted, I picked up a camera and started spending every morning and evening photographing the city.
Sunrises over the marsh. Sunsets over the harbor. Quiet moments on empty streets. Those images started getting noticed, friends asked me to photograph their stories, and before long my hobby became my full-time work.
Charleston has been part of my story for years. The pastel homes on Rainbow Row, the oak-lined paths at Magnolia Plantation, the golden light by the water. I know the spaces, the seasons, and the rhythm of this city, and that shapes everything about how I shoot here.
